Turnstile may use cookies, local storage, short-lived tokens, device or browser signals, and similar technologies that are necessary to detect automated abuse and validate a submission. These technologies are used for security, not by AUTOM for advertising.

Because the site does not currently use non-essential cookies, it does not display a cookie-consent banner. If we later add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required. You can also control cookies and local storage through your browser settings, although blocking security technologies may prevent the contact form from working.

6. How information is disclosed

• service providers supporting the website and communications, including Amazon Web Services for hosting, form processing, rate limiting, and email delivery; Cloudflare for Turnstile anti-abuse verification; and Google Workspace for receiving and managing email;

• government authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security; or
• a successor or relevant counterparty in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets.

Service providers process information under their own contractual and legal obligations. You may review the public privacy information provided by Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Google.

7. No sale or targeted advertising

AUTOM does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or exchange it for monetary consideration. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. Because we do not conduct these activities, a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control does not change how this website processes information.

8. Retention

We retain inquiries and related business correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or perform a potential engagement, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. Temporary anti-spam and rate-limit records expire or are deleted according to system controls. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the communication, an ongoing business relationship, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, server-side validation, access controls, rate limiting, and anti-spam verification. No internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
